departure for the sail along the Na Pali coast. Malu was the expert and resource
on "all things Hawaiian" on the cruise. She looked up the "Hawaiian equivalent"
of our names, and she provided commentary over the ship's intercom as we sailed
by the Na Pali coast and the nighttime lava flowing into the ocean on the island
of Hawaii.
