All the Voyager class ships have an observation deck on deck 11, that overlooks the bridge. They also have some radar displays as well as windspeed, ships speed, apparent wind across the deck, ship heading etc. A very interesting place to spend some time, and I usually visited first thing each morning while having my first cup of coffee.
