Sunrise

Got up early one morning to show my daughter the beauty I witnessed many times while cycling at 5 in the morning to my holiday job 8 km away many years before.

Well, sunrise, sunset,... in Iceland they kind of melt together, don’t they? At least in summer that is.

Precious to me too.
Was a great trip together with my oldest daughter (7 at the time). It is unbelievable what wonderous things we miss every morning...
I revisited this area recently at sunrise but it was not as great looking as this. Obviously it is also quite wheather depending or probably even more seasonal depending.
There is only one way to find out...

Thank you! These are very dear to me. They are from a region where my family roots lie. I travelled acroos 'marmeklade skies' and very serene scenes daily around sunset to my holiday job for months when I was 16-18 years old.
I very like to roam there when everything is awakening.
