Heather Crowe never smoked a day in her life but after working for 40 years as a waitress she was diagnosed with Lung Cancer. Heather became a "Hero" to many as her speaking out led to improving the New Provincial Smoke-free laws in the workforce being implemented!
Heather died only days before the new Smoke-free Ontario bylaw which forces all workplaces to become smoke-free came into effect!
