Length = 96 '
Built: 1866
Truss: Burr Arch with cement deck.
This bridge burned in 1986, a replica was built in 1988.
Location:
North of Kimberton Road on Seven Star Road
Chester Co - PA
Latitude: N40 08.42

The present bridge is a reproduction of a bridge destroyed by fire in the 1980's. Sources disagree as to the builder of the original bridge, with Zacher citing an inscription on the original bridge to the effect that it was built by Alex King and Jessee King, and named for Alexander Kennedy, a local farmer; while Evans and Evans cite an inscription on the reproduction that it was built by Len Kennedy and Jesse King. Although located at a picturesque site on French Creek, this bridge is difficult to observe by car, as there is essentially no legal parking and, indeed, little in the way of highway shoulders near the bridge.
