Ok, yesterday I posted the pic of me in the dentist's chair, and here's what I was looking up at :) Actually, Dr. Hill is the best dentist I've ever had and (almost) painless. Thanks, Doc, for going along with my lame brained idea.

To be honest, I've never looked at the needle as it was coming toward me. When I got home and downloaded my photos, I was surprised to see it bent like that. Easier access, I guess, since he was working on a jaw tooth.

I would sue him for getting ready to stick a bent needle into your mouth. Scary! I am sure it is supposed to be like that for a reason. Right?

Thanks for your comments. I used to get very nervous going to dentists, but for some reason, I don't with this guy. He is so relaxed and chatty, and he honestly cares about his patients' comfort, rarely causes any pain. When I slipped my little camera into my pocket as I left the house, I knew he'd get a kick out of having his picture made, and he did. He joked to his nurse that I was going to sue him and was getting photographic evidence! Ha! :)

Just curious...how in the world were you steady enough to take the picture? I'm always nervous as a cat at the dentist's office :)
