Hi, Della! Because it sits on high ground, the statehouse sems to be always lit for a decent shot, regardless of the time of day. I hardly ever walk by without snapping off a couple :-)

Beautiful light! I still don't have a shot of the State House with snow on it... very nicely done, especially with the bright blue sky!
