Celeus grammicus
The next group of photos were taken atop the Canopy Walkway, at Sacha Lodge. The walkway is 30m (94') above ground, and is 275m (940') long. First you climb the sturdily built tower at one end, then step out onto the walkway, which swings slightly, above the canopy. For those of you who share my dislike for heights and swinging bridges, you will find this stressful, but you will reach the center tower intact and then spend a couple of hours enjoying spectacular views of a variety of birds. Of course you must then traverse the second walkway to the third tower, where you will descend once more to the forest floor.
