Ice Squared

The last ice storm missed us by about 10 miles, but not last night. Everything is coated with ice! I went out into my yard to take pictures and quickly froze my hands and feet, but it was worth it. The wind came up which didn't help. Some things blew and moved, but other things were frozen stiff! The ice should last for days since temperatures are going down, not up. It's going to be a winter wonderland around here for a while. Now, if we could only get some sun. We haven't seen it in weeks.

Carol - I love this photo. It is a nice composition, nicely focussed, nice pastel background, and I love the subject matter. V.

Nice catch, and worth the sacrifice of your hands and feet. If you find some sun, let me know where....
