This is the last tree with leaves still on it, in my yard. All the other trees had changed color and this one was still green. Finally, we got some cold weather and this tree finally changed. The other trees are amost bare, but this one hasn't lost a leaf. Go figure. Anyway, I planted this maple and 2 others at the same time. The other two change at the same time and loose their leaves at about the same time. So why is this one different? All three are Acre Fremanii. I do appreciate it's spectacular color however.
