Grinnell Glacier

This was a challenging hike for me, but I was so glad I did it. The hike is almost 12 miles out and back, and the "out" is almost all up hill. Knowing that I would be coming down hill for the second half kept me going. It took me 5 hours to go up the trail, and only 3 hours to return. The glacier was beautiful, but the Big Horn Sheep were the real stars of the day.
