This is a rare bird which is found in montane areas of broadleaf evergreen forest in NW Thailand and SE Myanmar. The only reliable place to see it in Thailand is at the Chong Yen campsite in Mae Wong NP, though you'll need some luck to encounter it.
An active smallish bird which moves quickly through the vegetaion in small groups. Feeds on fruit, insects and nectar. Joins birdwaves. About 12cm in length.
