Aside from the library, this was my favorite place to spend some 'quiet' time away
from the usual hectic bustle of school life among the lush greenery and a nearby pond.

Did you know that just before the Second World War ended the Japanese went on a rampage and executed the
religious personnel and other civilians that they found staying at this campus and were left to rot at this very garden?
As a student a wild rumor went around (actually, it's a fact) that those unfortunate souls were actually buried here ...! :-o
