At the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) on the night we left.
The government TV channel PTV 4 interviewed and featured us in the news that same evening.

Because Ariel - my group's Team Leader - came in late (along with our members' passports!) we were the last to check-in.
The good news is that we were upgraded to vacant seats in Business Class (woo hoo!) and were therefore entitled to French gourmet meals, champagne, et al. :-)
Now isn't THAT an excellent and most appropriate way to introduce us WYD 2007 delegates to French culture? We're definitely off on the right mouth -er- foot .. :-p
