If you choose to run your model engine on Propane, you need a small regulator at the Propane bottle, but you also need a demand valve in the line. Propane will not flow through this valve unless there is "demand" at the engine carburetor. This can be made in your own shop by using a couple of Tecumseh carburetor kits available at most small engine repair shops.
