These are of two Black Terns that were seen at the southernmost lake at Delaney Buttes west of Walden Colorado. The picture was taken near the boat ramp for that lake at GPS location N 40°42.0547' W106°27.3808' I had been setting where the birds are in this shot trying to get a good photo of their skimming behavior. By the time I got back to the car (maybe 40-50 feet away) these birds landed at the end of the dock.
