Nevada and California Road Trip

Flew to Las Vegas and rented a car for a fantastic trip through new territory (for us). Images are in order by date and document our trip from Las Vegas, through Death Valley, up to Lee Vining, Mono Lake, Bodie, and Yosemite; back down through Tonopah to Death Valley; east again to Boulder City where we toured Lake Mead, boated on the Colorado River just below the Hoover Dam, took a quick flight to the South Rim of Grand Canyon and a tour through Valley of Fire before heading back to Las Vegas for 2 nights and the flight home. 12 days, 1650 miles.

Carol, I'm about to purchase the G9 and found your site looking for sample images. I'm very glad I did because not only have you shown me that the G9 can capture some great images but also I have thoroughly enjoyed browsing your galleries. You have an excellent eye and good processing skills so I'll pop back from time to time to see what's been added. Any tips you have regarding the use of the G9 would be much appreciated. Ian
