We live in Sentosa Cove and have sighted two Brahminy Kite that fly around our balcony each morning and afternoon. A really beautiful sight.

How do you get the shots of swallows and small birds? I have been trying for some time in vain to shoot a swallow but they never seem to even land. For the small bords, they land but flit from one branch to the next in fractions of a second.

Great gallery!! I'm not an enthusiast but u definitely impressed me with the number of species of wild birds our small island has! Thanks! Btw, I came in search of birds because I saw an extraordinary grey fowl at aljunied mrt yesterday and is very curious what breed is it. Never seen such bird before, maybe I missed out, but I can't find it in your gallery. It is pretty big, not flying, medium long legs, with a long thin white head feather. It has a long and straight beak (not curved)..I think it could be 35-40cm tall.
