This is a new development going in down the street from my home.

I hate to be critical, but!

It is kind of ugly but more importantly it backs on to Whitemud Creek. This section of Whitemud creek is notorious for slumping. See my photo: https://pbase.com/buzzeo/image/170777257

It is only a matter of time before this development will end up in the ravine. Yet someone in City Hall has approved it.
