The slumping we predicted three images earlier in this gallery has occurred.

We have had two days of constant, but not heavy rain. The soil was at its saturation point before the rain came so it did not take much rain to trigger the slumping.

The slumping extends right up the the private property owner's fence. With the next round of slumping the fence will go and so will some of his backyard.
