Hey!! I am hoping you can help me accomplish something with my Sony DSC-H1 Camera!!

I am trying to take a picture of a person and have them pretty clear and have the background noticeably blurry!!! After I turn on the camera, I have NO IDEA what to press to accomplish this!!
