The bronze fountain which is a symbol of Eisenschmitt.
This wonderful bronze was designed by Johann Baptist Lenz.
It is in 3 section with the top being the iron workers for whom Eisenschmitt is famous.
The middle section shows those who made the iron industry possible such as the charcoal makers, the founders, the form makers etc.
The bottom section shows life in the village as depicted in the book by Clara Viebig, "Das Weiberdorf".
