May 5th

The other side of May..well on the way home the other side was very wet. We had a very strange storm move into the area.. and drop the biggest raindrops I have seen in a long time.In our area we only get 2 1/2 inches of a rain in a year.. so we love every drop we get.

We get much more rain than you do and the countryside is so green for it. Nevertheless, we are getting worried about water shortages. Not sure how anyone can manage with 21/2" - no sniggers either!!!!!!! Nice use of DoF on this image. :>)

We usually get a lot of rain, but if you wait five minutes, it's gone and you can play some more.

Great capture.
I live in Ireland so I have some experience of rain. It's dry and sunny here at the moment. What's happened to our climate?!

and we get between 30-40 inches a year in new york... just love it... i still love those days when i don't have to work and can open the front door... clean the house and listen to the rain. everyone around here says "UGH!! rain..." But after 17 years in yuma... i love the rain and the snow... kasey & i used to go through the car wash and pretend it was raining..(now that's sad...ha) "Happy Rainy Day... Linda...
