Was looking around trying to see what could be my pad tonight.. when I spotted this ink ..interesting all the different countries it is made in.. this one says Ireland..another says Malaysia..never noticed before that they have a expiration date..

But it says 'black' ;-) I seem to remember something about HP ink expiration dates a few years ago. There was a theory going around that the cartridges had 'electronic' expiry dates built in and lots of peeps weren't very happy about it. All went quiet so I suspect it wasn't really true, after all, refil kits wouldn't work in that case I suppose.

Glad you told me about the expiration date. Always remember to shake the cartridge well, too, before installing it.
