We out driving today looking for photo ops..when I thought I saw something in a tree.. we circled back around and yes was a owl.. but we got a double bonus.. two owls in the tree. Sorry about the background... tree wasnt in the best place..Here is another owl photo from today

We learn to be patient observers from the owl... I remember Ron told me once while surveying way up in the woods in deep snow... that he spotted an owl in a tree all white and fuzzy. He stood there for a good 15 minutes freezing... it was just so beautiful. Wished he had a camera, of course. You are so lucky to see so many owls. You have and "eye" out for them.. beautiful.
