Fresh water tank project
Tank as originally removed...
I had to cut the pex; any attempt to cut the crimps broke the fittings
The mess of wiring making it difficult to access the tank
The original piping layout minus fist fulls of expanded foam
Broken fittings - and slight twist would snap them
Another view of the wiring mess
After removing all pex and expanded foam...

Looking back into the pump area; all black expanded foam removed
Improving routing to get the wiring out of the way and stabilized

Coax rerouted; still getting water weeping back from pump piping

The reason for pump screens? Assembly debris!
Threading in the fitting to far will break it away from the tank!
The overflow hose was pulling fitting sideways; it broke after 8 years
Welded one socket in place, improved all fittings; installed
Plumbing is flexible braided PVC
Valves much more accessible; sealed holes through the floor
