Here's a shot of the house Phillip (now Phil, if I can ever get used to that)is buying. He's going through the always fun mortgage approval process now. It's a cute 2 bedroom/2 bath home in the Houston Heights neighborhood, which is close to downtown. The house was built in the 1920's.
