Sagittarius and Scorpius_DSC_3590

I forget what town is glowing on the left edge of this photo. Light pollution sucks. The Milky Way was much more visible to the naked eye than this photo captured. Maybe I'll have to use film for these kinds of photos.

I think you got a great photo given the conditions; up here the sky is VERY dark so I think I'll go out some clear night and use your settings and see what I can get.

This is quite impressive, but you need to open it as 'original'. Aren't there Perseus showers tonight?
