It's not really a self-portrait. It's not one of the seven deadly sins. It's pain. Me after pouring some hydrogen peroxide on my leg wound. Oh, it seems that all the ibuprofen I took yesterday actually did work. Ha! Now I need to get back on the heavy doses cause it hurts a lot more today.

The camera is on a window sill. The windows are high. My planned photo for today will have to be reshot tomorrow.

Erm...don't use that stuff! Seriously, IMO, it's terrible! Use Iodine, instead - still stings on the wound, but on the basis of well documented research, it is a lot more effective at preventing infection, and it is also a lot safer!!

Larry, nice work. Ouch. Were you barefoot at the auction? My stitches are the dissolving type. I don't know about the one hanging down my chin though.

It looks better today, either that or I am still half asleep. Also, the surprise foot swelling from yesterday afternoon has gone down after sleeping with it elevated all night. Thanks all. I'll try not to milk this for another PAD.

OUCH! I feel your pain. I sliced the top of my foot open while working in Boston. Now it's infected, and having the stiches removed on Monday morning. Hope your leg feels better soon.

This definitely conveys pain . .I could tell it form the thumb! I feel for you, you poor guy. Your original description of your fall was almost comical, but it is quite obvious the humor is gone and the inconvenience of healing is over powering your life. I hope you do well over the weekend. I know you must be frustrated. Hang in there . .=]
