Instacart is a grocery delivery and pickup service that connects users with local stores via an app or website. You can shop online and have items delivered to your door or ready for pickup—often within hours.
BUT we've been having major problems with the service. Last week a 4PM delivery still hadn't come by 10PM so we had to cancel the order with the prepaid tip. This week, we ordered $200 of meat and instead got about $35 worth of yogurts - that we didn't order - but nothing else. We had to replace our order again today. Here it is finally being delivered.
Insta Cart employees seem to be hit or miss, with our seldom seeing the same shopper again. Plus, they usually shop multi orders so mix ups are commonplace.
This shopper, however, admitted that she did the mix up yesterday with the unwanted yogurts. "Just one of those things..." I'm sure whoever got our $200 worth of meat - for next to nothing - were happy campers. They weren't complaining and kept the meat for no extra charge.
