I got my new 16" computer yesterday.
I opened the box today and started the setup.
That's when I immediately noticed that the one they gave me is minus the touch screen.
End of setup, and back it goes.
There are now none in stock with the touch screen.

I don't seem to have a lot of luck concerning computers.
Or electronics in general.
Got my brand new 13" computer in mid-November.
It was dead by the first of December with multi problems. That kind of says "lemon".
It's been "out" for repairs ever since.
The Geek Squad said they "probably" couldn't fix it, BUT they would charge $200 just to look at it to verify that they couldn't fix it. Buying it from Best Buy or the new computer warranty didn't matter. $200 was fixed. The computer was less than 3 weeks old. With Best Buy involved, we had no option to send it directly back to the manufacturer for warranty repairs. Best Buy had to do that. But they just let the defective computer sit in their store & didn't bother to send it in to the manufacturer for over 2 months. It's now been almost 3 months since the 2 1/2 week old, brand new computer died, & there is no indication when I'll ever have it again.
Moral of that story is do NOT buy a computer from Best Buy. I know that I NEVER will again!!!
