Some people call this age "The Uglies".

A puppy's body parts appear out of proportion & coat is sparse.
This leads to an appearance that's a bit less "cute and cuddly" compared to early puppy days.

Still, Tara still could never really be "ugly". She's just too cute, even at this stage.
