Briarcliff Mansion

A landmark sight on the hill for anyone driving by on Route 9.

Hard to believe that, like so many other things, it is just history now: https://www.priceypads.com/briarcliff-mansion-demolished-following-major-fire/

Beautiful and impressive. Great photo from the past, pity it is not there anymore. V.

Looks so beautiful. Always a shame when something like that happens. So heartbreaking for the homeowners.

What a shame it is gone. A beautiful place both inside and out. Great you have this photo of it.

A very attractive mansion! I like the tall chimneys and mullioned windows. Nicely composed landscape shot. The vertical lines from the willows carry the tall chimneys. V

A great shot of the mansion, but too bad it had the fire and was demolished. It looks like it was beautiful inside.
