Sedum Clavatum

An ornamental plant that makes a pot-perfect plant. It also grows well outdoors in frost-prone regions and can be a pleasing addition to rock gardens. You can often find it between stepping stones or even in wall niches in warmer areas.

****************************

Although I bought mine at an "outdoors" garden center, I grow it indoors in a pot. Like almost all succulents, S. clavatum needs to be protected from frost and is hardy to only 32 °F (0 °C). Our Winters get far colder. Many of my indoors Solar Room succulents died last Winter because of the extreme cold. It was a brutal Winter. Fortunately, this plant, however, was a cold snap survivor.
