100,000 US COVID Deaths (5-26-20)

**********************************************************************

Update: May 27, 2020, 00:11 GMT
USA
1,725,499 confirmed cases of COVID-19
100,573 American Deaths

**********************************************************************

NOTE: 19,273 new cases and 768 new deaths in the United States during the past day.

These are not just numbers.
All of the above were real people; just like each person who sees the above image & who is reading these words. Each number above represents an unique individual; just like you are.

Every single statistic represents someone who meant something & who made a difference in this world. They were sons & daughters; mothers & fathers; sisters and brothers; husbands & wives; the famous & the everyday; loved ones; all real individuals with real lives. If you see only statistics when you read the above numbers, then your emotional heart has been hardened or else your heart is totally missing. As America now reopens, COVID-19 is not behind us.
Please think and care about others; as well as yourself.

Philippians 2:4 "Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others."
Proverbs 24:11 "Rescue those who are being taken away to death; hold back those who are stumbling to the slaughter."

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE stop 100,000 lost American souls from becoming 200,000 or more. Do your part to control the future spread of coronavirus.

A common sense of the American Spirit brought us together time and time again against each new enemy that attacked us. We have been blessed that American history is filled with individuals whose actions, ideals and values swelled the American Spirit—and carried it forward. Today, we are currently being attacked by an invisible enemy (a virus) that can be controlled with some American self sacrifices. Americans: stay true to American beliefs and to the American Spirit. Don't be selfish or a fool. Care about (and protect) all other Americans; as well as yourself.

Masks and social distancing are still necessary; you are absolutely correct, the virus is still out there! Unfortunately people are getting false information; testing and contact tracing needs to be widespread...

Can only think of the sadness and agree completely with David and Barbara. Words fail me.

Well said Liz! It's a shame those words were not spoken by your President. I have not heard one word of compassion from him since the pandemic began. Keep safe, we're thinking of you.

These are really sobering statistics and I agree completely with your commentary.
