83,425 American Deaths

FOOD FOR SERIOUS THOUGHT

"Dr. Anthony Fauci, a key member of the White House's coronavirus task force, warned senators Tuesday that states and cities face serious consequences if they open up too quickly, urging states not to reopen until they know they have the capabilities to handle an inevitable uptick in cases once they relax stay-at-home orders.

'My concern that if some areas -- cities, states or what have you -- jump over those various checkpoints and prematurely open up, without having the capability of being able to respond e'ffectively and efficiently, my concern is we will start to see little spikes that might turn into outbreaks,' Fauci said in testimony before the US Senate.

If states or cities or regions disregard the government's checkpoints on when it's safe to pull back from mitigation measures,
Fauci said that 'there is a real risk that you will trigger an outbreak that you might not be able to control, which, in fact, paradoxically, will set you back, not only leading to some suffering and death that could be avoided, but could even set you back on the road to trying to get economic recovery.'"

"Trump says 'There will be more death from coronavirus, but reopening is worth it.'"

"Mother of thousands (sometimes called mother of millions) is a succulent. One leaf from a plant will drop dozens of seeds to make more plants. They can be container grown indoors or also outside during warm sunny times. They like sun and are drought tolerant, but can also grow in shaded areas. If grown outside it will produce a pink chandelier flower. This plant is very hardy, easy to grow, and will multiply!"

"Will multiply" is an understatement.

Mine is growing in a small pot indoors.
I keep it somewhat separated from other potted plants to try to prevent it from multiplying.
Just a young plant, I was surprised to find it in massive flower with a flower stalk larger than the plant.
