With our not wanting to cook this evening, my husband went out to pick up some "take out". Around five minutes after he left, the skies opened up with a blinding, deluge of heavy rain and silver dollar sized hail. Luckily, the rain started just as he got inside the restaurant. Meanwhile, I was at home and got a few photos of Nature-at-work out the open back door. The blur you see is the "blinding" rain. One could barely see through it. Our weather alert radio went nuts. However, our home suffered no damage. And because he had to wait for our food order, the rain passed & my husband didn't get wet. Nor did the hail hurt his car.
