Assessing River Levels

When asked specifics about "when" Parkville will see flooding, the answer was "no one knows". It's now a waiting game for all involved. Originally, it was supposed to flood 10 days ago.

A fine photojournalism shot. I guess these guys cant do very much about the flood.

No, I don't live in Parkville. However, I felt its story was worth following and telling. It's one of many similar stories going on up and down the Missouri River. Originally, I considered doing Leavenworth or Weston. However, Parkville most captured my interest. The other two cities are now already flooded as are many, many places up river. 2011 is a year that will go down in history.
