Images of Studio, with some images of Client Area, Hall & Kitchen - all adjoining Studio

Paint colors:

Walls in all but Kitchen: Behr Sandstone Cove, matte
Kitchen: Martha Stewart Salt Glaze
Trim: sometimes Martha Stewart Picket Fence, sometimes Behr Polar Bear--in some areas, it's still just a standard base coat white - all in Satin

Not planning on changing the walls or trim--but can, if you've got a better idea.

Ceiling - no idea, but assume it's "ceiling white" - it's what the place came with...I need help picking a proper color!

With the exception of one worn green velvet chair with a pillow as its seat, all furniture in shades of green (emerald, forest, moss and pine) have been recently reupholstered...and are staying.

All but the purple pillows are new--but some match better than others - the floor pillows, for instance, are not so hot, and will likely be replaced

The linen ottoman will be reupholstered - probably in a shade of green, or maybe leopard and green

The worn green chair and the pale blush (almost looks white) matelassé fabric Queen Anne chair, at the circle table will be reupholstered - the green chair in forest or emerald (probably), and the Queen Anne in olive--to match the other two chairs at the table.

The pink barrel chair and dusty rose channel back velvet chairs need to be reupholstered - I'm not sure with what. The pink chair needs to be a similar color to what it is already, because I use it in almost every shoot, but I'd like to blend it in more, with the rest of the room. The rose channel back chair--I have no idea what to do with, at all.

The rug is ok...but not great. I've no idea what to replace it with.

Would like to know whether or not staining my floors a medium brown is a good idea or not. HATE the yellow wood!

And of course--the single most important question is: what color and type of fabric should I use for my floor to ceiling, double lined, pinch pleated drapes, on the exterior facing wall of my Studio area? Pine silk velvet is the current favorite...but...I've listed other ideas on my questionnaire. Definitely need help! (Drapes will cover entire wall, and will be very full - NEVER skimp on drapes, or their linings!!! - Due to the odd window placement, they'll stack heavily to the right, with a single panel between the windows and on the right side of the window. I don't want to lose any light, but they will be functional drapery, since sometimes I want to shoot with studio lights, and need to block out light.)
