Hey, this looks very familiar! I did similar route over Paiute Pass in Aug 2007.

I was fortunate enough to climb 2nd class gullies to notch on left side of Humphreys and then do the rock climb to the summit. A well respected peak among climbers, know for it's inaccessibility.
