In the Montmartre cemetery. The light is natural: sunlight reflected off of a marble slab. That's why it seems to be coming from below.

It's the grave of Victor and Jacqueline Brauner. Victor was an artist, but I don't know whether he designed his own grave. Oscar Wilde was buried in the Père Lachaise cemetery. There's a picture of his grave online at findagrave.com .
