Built as #20 for Oneida & Western Railroad in Oneida, TN. Used in coal and lumber hauling. Sold in 1937 to Rahway Valley, a shortline railroad at Kenilworth, NJ and renumbered to #15 in 1937. On at least one occasion major repairs were handled at the Lackawanna's Scranton shop. Sold to Nelson Blount in 1959 and remained in operation until 1973.
