Agitated Great Blue Heron

Venice Rookery, Fl

This pair were protecting their nest from the anhinga intruder. Taken in Florida at the Venice Rookery. Gayle and I had loads of fun and took hundreds of shots. Venice Rookery is set up so that you don't need a huge lens to get great shots. There are lots of different birds in a relatively small area.
