Galveston Beach

After evacuating their home yesterday the kids went to the beach to get their minds off of the possibility of what might await them when they return home. They made sand castles and the littlest one even buried his Dad in the sand.

What a wonderful way to try and keep the kids' minds off all the news! A little carefree play is good for the soul! We certainly pray all will be OK when you return home! In the meantime, thanks for the wonderful beach memories! Reminds me of my own childhood, and more recent fun times with my nieces and nephews!
