All Hands On Deck

New Bedford, Ma

Gayle and I had a wonderful Portuguese dinner with a friend of mine from my Army days. Today we toured the town and waterfront of New Bedford. I hHave many nice shots but I like this one of the mast and rigging of the Schooner Ernestina,built in 1894. Presently it is lovingly being restored by volunteers. Tonight we are going to have seafood with friends. Tomorrow we go to Martha's Vineyard to see Karen Leaf.

I envy you these pictures. I love these old ships and Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard are some of my most favourite places. Lovely, lovely picture....
