I acquired this mint copy on eBay. The vulcanite cover which I think is the most beautiful camera cover ever devised is perfect on this copy. But it was too brittle and Leica replaced it with leatherette on the M4-P and beyond. I had to replace the vulcanite on my M3 and M2 because pieces broke off. I will be very careful with this one.
