The scented viburnum impresses in October with its magnificent red-purple foliage color and the first, delicate pink flower buds. In a mild winter, isolated panicles of flowers appear,
until in March and April the main blossom literally explodes with an unexpected abundance. The delicate play of colors in the flower clusters is created by the combination of pink buds and blossomed white flower stars. Their sweet, pleasant scent is irresistible and can be clearly perceived from several meters away.
