Horseshoe canyon

A short tributary of the Wollangambe river, this canyon is worth doing if you have a few hours to spare. Access is via the same ridge that takes you to Geronimo canyon (from the Bell ck/Du Faurs exit point), except you go right, instead of left upon topping out the ridge. Be warned- it's pretty scrubby before the canyon. 2 or 3 abseils, depending on where you enter. We had 3- one short overhang (~5m) and 2 very nice approx 15m abseils in the constriction. Short but fun!
