This the Virgin Mary and the beginning of the parade.

Starting at 6:00 am, the Patron Saint of the City, San Miguel is brought out of the church and paraded through the streets of Iligan city. 10's of thousands got up in the middle of the night to make this annual sacrifice for their beloved Saint!
