This is the harbor area at the Port of Kobe where weddings are a major industry. I can't help myself, you know me, I walked right into the reception and pretended to be part of the group...except I did not have a black suit on, nor the fact I was the only non-Japanese participant! They all were very friendly and nobody gave me any "dirty looks"! Japanese culture accepts foreigners in a friendly manner and everyone is very polite.
